I am simply curious as to what you would call me.

[ Emet-Selch is just an old man. Xehanort is the old man. As for G'raha... ]
You're more of a Crystal Meddler if you ask me.
no subject
[Crystal Meddler? He isn't expecting that, even if it's apt. He barks a laugh.]
Well! You do not mince words, do you? But I suppose I have been called worse things. If that is the name that burns in your heart, who am I to doubt you?
no subject
You are taking this exceptionally well. Honestly you're taking this all exceptionally well.
no subject
[He smiles in a way that is undoubtedly impish.]
I shall endeavor to be suitably offended next time.
no subject
Yeah you're not taking that seriously at all.
no subject
Would you believe me if I said I was a little like you, once upon a time? I was stubborn, easily frustrated, yet not so easily daunted. If someone said I could not do something, I was determined to do it even more.
Sometimes that meant doing things by myself, but I learned later on that it was much easier with people I could trust.
no subject
I don't trust people. They'll use you and throw you away the moment its convenient.

How terrible your suffering, if that is what you truly think of everyone you meet.
In a city like this, with resources as scarce as they are outside the Bright Wall, we must all do our part to coexist. Mayhap that is not on the level of trust, yet... I pray you will one day know kindness, and recognize it, and be kind to yourself as well.
[The Exarch gets to his feet.]
I am happy to continue the lesson whenever you feel up to it. You did well today.

I don't understand what it is with you people I've been stranded here with. For my entire life I've been what I am and nothing. No one concerned themselves with kindness or me being kind to myself. Definitely not my own guardians of Light. And yet it seems to be the first thing people here are concerned with...
[ He snorts. At this point, Vanias doesn't really reconciled with these things. It still baffles him. ]
...But. I will want more lessons. It was. [ Frowning. ] Easier.
no subject
Vanitas isn't running and screaming in the other direction, though. Small victories.]
Then you are welcome to contact me anytime, Vanitas. Or I could come tomorrow if you like.
no subject
unless it is to fade awaybut rather he's the kind to put up more walls. ]Tomorrow's fine.
no subject
Then I shall see you on the morrow. Be well.
[He bows politely, then turns and leaves.]
