[If anyone knows the residents of the house, it might seem strange that such a group have selected a cozy abode for their home in the city. However, it is not to be said that they are unwelcoming (depending on who) and usually when someone comes to visit, there's always a warm cup of tea ready for them...and maybe some food to go along with it. Feels like a crime if someone doesn't get fed. And despite the hardships of the previous month, the house does welcome guests for any particular reasons whether a visit for the soul, a chat to catch up on events, or even maybe go a few rounds with the poor striking dummy in the backyard.

When you live with sword users and have stress, it gets used, ok?

It might be chilly outside but strange enough, the house itself is pretty warm. Just mind the gaelkitten and Flood running around from time to time.]

Vanitas?! No way?!

[Sora is a gullible creature and he's totally buying into the leg-pulling here!]

That's not right! How do you think those monsters feel?! I wouldn't want my parts sold?!

[ There is a rather long pause.

Then Vanitas loses it. He just starts to laugh. And laugh. ]

Vanitas! That's not fair! You made me think you meant that!

[Sora gives a mighty pout and crosses his arms over his chest.]

[ For the most part, Vanitas keeps at it until his chuckling finally ceases. He rubs the back of his neck, looking so very smug. ]

I don't make potions and stuff, Sora. What need would I have for monster parts?

[SIGH. Sora feels so trolled.]

I don't know, there's lots I don't know about you! Maybe you were being serious? But you weren't! I don't know!

[huff huff]

I'm glad you don't use monster parts...

[He doesn't know how he feels about that aspect. It's too weird.]

I could have been serious, of course.

[ He grins, locking his hands behind his head as he continues to walk to that tea shop. ]

Anyway, it's a good thing that you don't know. Makes it easy for me to keep you guessing and on your toes.

[Sora watches Vanitas walk a step ahead before he follows after him quickly.]

I think you just like making people squirm.

[ All Vanitas does in response is chuckle. ]

I thought that this was an obvious fact about me. Of course I like making people squirm.

[He shakes his head in return.]

[ Van's shrug is wayyyy too casual. ]

I invite someone to try. Might make things interesting for a change.

[Sora nudges Vanitas' shoulder with his own.]

And if you end up regretting that kind of wish??

[ The returning grin is almost feral. Are you sure you want to get into that, Sora? ]

There's nothing about it that I would regret.

[ This is the guy who hadn't cared if he won or lost, Sora. Do you expect him to care if he is in over his head or not? ]

[There's something oddly competitive about this and Sora returns that feral grin with a grin of his own. Albeit more sora-like.]

Alright, I'll keep that in mine! [hehe.] So, where's this shop you need to go to?

[ Which means instead of a smirk that could also be a sneer, it's all sunbeams and rainbows, yes?

Van rolls his eyes. Yeah, okay Sora. You keep that in mind. ]

It also doubles as a tea shop. One of the guys that runs it tends to attract my Flood's attention every now and then.

[And later, a puca strikes when someone least expects it.........

A teashop, huh? What does your Flood like about it?

[Or more like what does Vanitas like about it?]

The guy is amusing enough and somewhat easy to rile up. As for the Flood, it can't feed off of the negativity this guy gives off... But it likes to be close to people that are what it is.

[ And Viren can exist in a perpetual irritated state at times. So it's perfect. ]

Wait- Hey. Is it that Viren guy's shop?

[Surprise! He's met Viren once and he did mention the Unversed being a pest.]

Met the old man already, huh?

[ Well it wouldn't be a surprise. Viren probably expects Vanitas to be showing up sooner or later, given the frequency of his visits. ]

Yeah, he tried convincing me that I should lie to get some sweets instead of just getting someone to share them with. Can you believe it!

[Asking a Disney to lie? How inconceivable.]

I'm pretty sure he thought I was you for a second too. Actually, a lot of people have.

[That's kind of a given, though. But at least it's usually only for a few minutes. Or until they get a better look at Sora's face or he smiles or talks.]

[ You're telling the wrong person here about your woes and surprises about morality, Sora. Van doesn't really see what the problem is... Though he isn't really the lying sort himself. ]

I figure we'll be getting a lot more of that now. At least until you have your first set of changes.

[Sora holds his chin up a little. A Disney protagonists' conviction, here.]

I dunno, I don't really think we look that much alike when I look at you and me?

[Sora hums. Then again, he can tell Roxas and Ventus apart from like fifty feet away, so... Maybe only Sora's really good at this.]

We do, but personally? I think I pull it off far better.

[No, it's true. Sora actually thinks he looks very average in comparison to a lot of people he knows. Standing next to people like Riku and Roxas? Yeah, Sora's pretty average looking in general. Vanitas does pull it off better.]
