Clean Up, Clean Out
[The idea of cleaning out and getting rid of the clutter as a symbolic means isn't lost on Mira. In fact, she appreciates the sentiment more now than she did when she first arrived, having done a few of those things already. But it's when she goes to visit her puca friend in the slums, they tell her about a bit of an issue they've been having about the richer families dumping all their broken and unwanted things into their lap so to speak.
As a Brumeling, the idea makes Mira's blood boil because of the treatment. However, her focus then becomes of sorting through all the 'junk' the highborn thought as useless and make sure it gets better use. If it's broken wood or cloth that cannot be used for warmth, it can still be used as kindling. Winter is coming soon after all and people will need flame to keep warm during those snow storms.]
Mind the piles, we're making sure everything can have its use before deciding if it isn't needed.
[Spoken to whoever is passing by. Perhaps that person is you and you're curious as to why even the most tattered thing has its use to her. Or you want to lend a hand.
But there are moments where the people who dump the items are rather nasty. Dismissive about how disruptive leaving their 'trash' in a walkway or practically in another's yard, Mira's puca friend at first tells her not to worry and to keep her head down. Trash to the rich is treasure to them after all. But it's one of these moments where Mira sees a rather banged up item...and throws it at the offending rich person, nailing them somewhere on their body.]
Don't leave your shite where people walk you daft bastard! Would you like it if I came in and threw my unwanted things in YOUR yard?!
[Laugh or scold the dark knight, Mira cares not. Meanwhile, don't mind her throwing a very dented and broken teapot at someone's head after their latest dumping. Boom headshot!]
Out of the City
[It's a staple that Mira is usually giving some of her time in helping others; it's something she excels in or at least tries to do good in. But this time, she isn't just doing one thing. There's a few things people can see her doing:
Fighting: Someone needs to play bodyguard while some have to gather herbs and food for those affected and it's one Mira hasn't done in awhile so it doesn't bother her. In fact, one can see her help gather the items needed.
Potion Making: One needs medicine, right? And Mira is a witch who uses Alchemy for healing and buffing purposes so naturally, she would be here to help the other witches and potion makers who could mix and stir to help patients.
Storytime: A staple, Mira is usually here telling stories to the children but they are never about her. Instead, she uses people she has met on her journey as the main characters such as a miqo'te red mage who travels the world or a group of machinists who strive to bring a sense of equality in their home and even knights draped in shadow who protect those who are being taken advantaged of. They grew from the Alpha stories and decided it was time to try and give them a bit more.]
A Watery Pit
So...have to investigate why folks are going missing in the river is it? Damn, I wish I still had the Kojin's blessing.
[Mira sighs as she puts her hands on her hips. Currently at the harbor and now trying to find a good way to start investigating. One of those moments of 'I'll help out' but then realize that there is no ideas on how. Not her best but something must come up, right? She could use some help in this area on how to begin. Besides, she can't just jump in without some sort of direction.]

He takes a hesitant step towards the office that has plaque that reads "Records", gauging the reaction of the occupied worker - or lack there of, and when things are in the clear he walks quietly but quickly while subtly gesturing for Mira to follow.
Of course things went well and they effortlessly enter the records room, which was less cluttered that he expected. ]
Okay, we want the records of the last couple of weeks of certain ships going in and out of the harbor. [ He whispers as he digs out a small folded sheet of paper and hands it to Mira. ] This is a list I've complied of the biggest, most prominent, or questionably aggressive shipping companies. The aggressive ones have a star on their name. Those are what we're looking for. I want to know if they go anywhere near the place with the missing people and how frequent.
[ After a brief glance at the pile on the table, ones rolled and stored in the cabinets on the walls, and the stamp they used for the wax seal, he points to the pile. ]
Date, month, year.....You search the pile on the table. Start close the bottom, that's where the more recent ones should be. I'll search the cabinets.

Have you...looked into these companies prior to this?
[It's a good thing to do but she has to ask. How much information DOES he have and how long has he been looking into them? But they can talk as they look around, Mira setting herself to look where Bishop isn't.]

[ He searched the cabinets, taking a roll then scanning it and deeming it worthless and putting it back and retrieving another for inspection. ]
But not too deeply, just enough to figure out if they're shady as hell, aggressive, or both.
[ It wasn't his job to call these companies out and sink their boats after all. Well, not yet. Today will determine if he's going to be investing in some tinder and oil. ]
