[A: Quest: under new management]

[Sora is a new employee of the recently established Harbor District orphanage so he regularly helps with rounding up rowdy children, helping with meal prepping any other kinds of tasks needed around the orphanage. He is more than eager to try and coax other people to join in as volunteers too. Helping the kids cheer up, doing some crafts or face painting with them or even just sharing stories to help lift their spirits is always, whole-heartedly, welcomed.

On this balmy Autumn day, Sora can be found in the harbour area with a few of the orphaned children working on some papercrafts on the boardwalk. One of the children happens to be rowdier than the others. A small, orphaned chimera child that has quite a sharp set of teeth and a long lion-like tail. The child hops up to his feet and starts to run amok and Sora only has a few seconds to jump up to his feet to try and gather him up.]

Hey- Wait, you gotta stay with the group today, okay!

[But the chimera child decides he doesn’t want to listen today. His teeth are growing every day so he’s irritable and teething on anything he can get his mouth on. That might happen to be you as the chimera boy makes a beeline straight for you! Watch out! He might bite! Sora will attempt to scoop the boy up into his arms if the child doesn’t get to you first!]

Ahh--!! Watch out! Sorry!!

[These kids are all good and adorable, please don’t be too mad!]

[B: Quest: veggies tales]

[Planting vegetables in the community garden is a task Sora is more than acquainted to. As a puca Sora’s appetite for anything green and freshly grown can be quite voracious. Since turning into a monster Sora’s stomach has become almost completely vegetarian because of his new rabbit-like behaviours so working in the garden is more like a labour of love too.

He’s hunkered down in the gardens that day working on planting some fresh cauliflower bulbs with a carefree tune on his lips. His rabbit ears twitch once he finishes another patch with a pat of his hand. But after a moment he seems to frown as he sees the ground start to wiggle.]

Huh? What the-!

[And just like that a small cat head pops out of the ground and lets out a tiny meow. Its leaf-like ears flicker and it starts to try to wiggle out of the ground. The kitten looks like it is half-plant and half-feline! It has green and white splotches with a matching leafy mane around its neck.]

Did you just grow out of the ground?!

[This cauliflower-shaped cat might be in for some trouble! Or will it be giving its own trouble?!]

[C: Quest: shawl about love]

[There happens to be a task to help someone in love find their one true love. Truth be told Sora is a big romantic at heart so he couldn’t really pass up the idea of helping someone find their one true love. This task requires Sora to offer a shawl to various different people in order to see if they happen to be the one. Sora has a gray but magical piece of cloth that will turn blue if they wear it and happen to be that one destined person.

Sora hops up to anyone who might seem willing with a friendly smile and a curious twitch of his long brown-furred rabbit ears.]

Hey there! I’m trying to help someone out, could you try to see if this charm works on you?

[He’s asking around for anyone to give the shawl a try! Maybe you’ll find true love today!]

[D: Quest: a watery pit]

[There have been missing reports of a merrow gone missing with all leads connecting back to River Temese. Sora decides to help out with the search in order to find the missing merrow. He’s not an aquatic type monster but he’s more than capable of swimming and holding his breath so he feels like he should help out.

Near the river Sora sniffs at the air for any traces of lingering monster scents or witch signatures that might give him a clue.]

That’s weird... I think I can smell something different but it all ends right here at the riverbank.

[He’d be more than willing to team up with anyone to help find the missing merrow somewhere nearby. And discover the reason why the merrow went missing in the first place.]

[There are some pretty great points right there. Sora can't help but blink quickly and then laugh with a quick nod. His rabbit ears sway almost comically with the action.

Yeah- Why is this guy making a kid do all the hard work anyway?]

Yeah, you're right! But I guess everyone needs a little help now and then? [Sora bounces a little.] How would you find your own true love?

The shitty bastard actually looking for his true love on his own?

[Sanji is just going to say that, not thinking twice about cursing in front of the kid. It's fine, right? It's not like Sora's 8 years old or anything like that! ...Although, he's definitely started cursing around that age.]

But as for me? I'll know when I see her. [Here, Sanji points a thumb to himself, before raising his voice to declare his next comment loudly.] Because true love is destined to meet!

[Oh whoa.............

This guy is cool................

Even with the swearing, the way that the blond man seems to declare so loudly and confidently about finding love makes Sora fairly starstruck. He won't even pout at the swearing! It's actually part of the cool-]

Whoa! You really think so?! Destined to meet?!

[The puca is now hopping on the spot.]

That's what I said, kid.

[Sanji is fully confident now, a smirk crossing his face as he looks directly into Sora's eyes. He has a feeling that the kid isn't going to fight him on this, but he figures that one last question to bring out his agreement wouldn't hurt.

A man should just declare something like this out loud!]

Or are you gonna disagree with me?

[This seems like a very important and pivotal moment! Sora clenches his fists and then very enthusiastically throws them up in the air.]

No way! True love is definitely destined to meet!

[Sora's cheeks seem to get a little red at the concept. True love, maybe Sora has found that too. Was it destined to be? He thinks that's true...]

It can be hard to find but no matter what love will always find a way to you. Right? Right! [Sora snorts.] Maybe I should go tell that guy this too. He doesn't really need this charmed shawl, does he.

[Or some random kid's help.]

[There's the exclamation! Sanji's glad that he's able to help Sora see the true answer in all this! No shitty trinket or magic needed, just rely on heart and feeling alone.]

Heh, now you're talkin! Nothing is gonna stop love from happening. [Of course, Sanji probably would've volunteered to wear the shawl if it was a lady looking for her true love, but he's not aware enough to admit that.]

He doesn't need anything but heart if he was a man at all.

Yeah- He's gotta be a real man! Someone who believes in true love!

[How macho-! How manly! Sora is charmed and he bounces on his feet.]

I'll give this back to him once I meet up with him again. Thanks! Hey, what's your name? I'm Sora.

[Looks like his job is done here. Another great lesson handed down by the great love cook...!]

Sora, huh? [All of his earlier bravo seems to transform into something a little quieter, but still bright and encouraging in its own way. Maybe it's because the kid-- Sora is very positive and easy to get along with.]

[Sora grins brightly, his rabbit ears twitching with his friendly delight.]

Sure, I'll do that Sanji! [His cheeks might be just a little pink.] Actually...! Could I ask you one more thing about love right now?

[Well, considering he just told Sora that he can come to him for advice, Sanji isn't going to turn him down. He's not that much of an asshole, especially when love is involved.

And judging by the lightly flushed cheeks on the kid, he definitely has some sort of crush or something here.]

I did say you can ask me for advice. Shoot, kid.

Well...!!

[Sora indeed is pink in the cheeks right now.]

If you're in love, like you... you think you're in love? How should you tell them?

[Should he just throw his arms in the air and yell about it too?]

[So, Sora already has someone he's interested in. Heh, he wonders who the lady may be-- because that's Sanji's assumption for the time being.]

You should admit your love to her, be honest with your feelings like a real man. [Sanji doesn't always follow his own rules, but it's a case of 'do what I say, not as I do' for him.] Course, treat her to somethin' nice beforehand... don't go barrowing in like some sort of neanderthal.

[Sora can't help it he does start laughing.]

Okay, I should figure out a big date first or something?!

[He scratches his cheek...!! He's a little too embarrassed to correct Sanji but he does his best!]

And- um. He... He does like treats I guess. Maybe with a cake or something?

[There's a small pause from Sanji when Sora admits that he's dating a guy, mostly just surprised by the admission. But the cook seems to shrug it off rather quickly, it doesn't really matter to him. Although, he wonders if his advice still applies here... would another man want to be treated to a big date?

Sanji rubs his chin almost thoughtfully. Okay, so he's never even considered something like this before. Guess if he was the one getting asked out... yeah, he'd wanted to be treated to a nice dinner. Not that he wants a guy to ask him out or anything like that!! Right.]

Yeah, treat him to a dinner and his favorite cake. Make him feel he's the most important person to you.

[It's always good to learn a new perspective! And at least Sora suddenly looks a little amused at the idea of treating the person he has his eyes on to a big fancy dinner and some cake.]

Okay, I'll do that! He's got a huge sweet tooth too even if he acts like he doesn't.
