What: Lavi hit his third month without a bond and it shows.

[Lavi has been keeping track of the moon cycles.

He can feel the changes, the way it makes his skin tingle. The way it begins to make his skin itch as he feels something trying to take over him. He hasn’t had too much experience with full moons, even though in the past, it wasn’t bad before. Except this time, he gets the feeling that he might have gone far too long. This is probably what everyone has been warning about when it comes to not being Bonded to anyone.

It has him stumbling around, trying to find a place where he wouldn’t be surrounded by too many people.

Except that maybe he doesn’t get too far.

Fur covers his arms and legs, claws and incisors elongating. He can feel the call of the full moon beckoning him. Forcing him to just let go.

Humanity is replaced with feral thinking as Lavi sheds it like an outer skin, low rumbling slipping from his throat. He lifts his head up towards to the full moon. His right leg thumps on the ground before a snarl escapes and he runs off.

He feels a desire to do something. Anything.

To fight, fight, fight.

To hurt.

Anyone who’s wandering around would find him hunched over, digging almost furiously into the ground. Except his ears perk up and he turns suddenly, snarling at you.]

[Sora is never that bothered by the moon phases mostly because Sora is bonded to several witches. And because of that this puca isn't in danger of becoming feral anytime soon. At most he feels itches or rowdiness that he figures out how to deal with but the moons are usually just normal nights for him.

Except this one isn't going to be completely normal. He's not expecting to run into none other than Lavi snarling down his nose at him.]

Lavi? What- [Oh no. He's seen this before. Sora's ears tilt high in alertness as he stares right back at the other.] Lavi...! Just calm down, don't snarl at me. We should get you over to the coven, okay...?

[Easy does it, bun.]

[Sorry, Sora.

Any coherency is lost at the moment. Lavi just snarls, hunching forward as he takes a step closer to Sora. His nose twitches, recognizing that Puca scent, but at the same time--

He smells like prey.]

[oathkeeper]

[Sora's hands stay in front of him and he takes a very careful step back. His fur starts to prickle and his nerves tell him to run but he's fighting back the instinct for now.]

... Come on, Lavi. I don't want a bite taken out of me today, okay?

[But how to get the feral puca to relax??]

You know me, we're the same.

[And rabbits really shouldn't eat rabbits.]

[The thing about rabbits is that they can eat other rabbits. Usually their young, but not important.

Instead, Sora's words just has him hunching back before he finally charges at Sora.]

[They're not baby rabbits???????]

Lavi--!!

[Sora isn't one to run away even if his nerves twitch like he should run away. As soon as the other lunges at him, Sora meets the feral rabbit with his own clawed hands coming up to swipe hard at him.]

Stop!

[The swipe makes contact, but pain is pushed to the back of his mind.

He snarls, teeth trying to take a bite at him while he digs his own claws into Sora.]

[oathkeeper]

[Unfortunately Lavi is the bigger of the two so for a split second Sora gets overpowered. Claws dig into Sora and he lets out a loud high pitched rabbit screech.]

Aaaghh!!

[Blood spatters and Sora clenches his teeth. He tries to swipe at Lavi's jaw so he doesn't get bitten too.]

[His ears twitches just a bit at the screech.

It ends up making Lavi bristle up, too. But his jaw does get swiped, causing him to roar and pull back a bit.]

[With his swipe successful Sora is able to cower back slightly. His fur is bristled and standing on end and blood is dripping from a few new claw wounds. It hurts!

He's not going to stick around this time. Sora bolts at a swift run, making for the back roads as fast as he can. He's quick (like a bunny) but he's losing blood now, leaving a red-spotted trail.]

[This is what happens when she decides to go out for food for once. After grabbing her greatsword for extra protection (never know someone needs a good hit) and getting some small sweets for a writing sprint before needing to go back to House Darkness, she hears something in her direction.]

Hmm?

[Oh boy, that guy isn't looking too friendly. Speaking, she holds her hands up to show that she means no harm.]

Hey, I'm just walking by. No need to be worried.

[Lavi doesn't seem to understand her.

In fact, her hands only seems to get him to tense and only stalk further. He looks eager to fight, eager to just do something.

So he begins to circle around her, that lone golden eye eying her more as if she might be worth something to eat instead.]

[She doesn't look tasty in the slightest and her hand slowly moves behind her back.]

Forgive me but I would not do what you may try in a moment. Someone will get hurt.

[She looks really tasty actually.

Words continue to fall on deaf ears as he circles around her.

Snarling, he finally moves forward to charge at her, leaping up into the air with the intent to crash land on her.]

[As he leaps into the air, Mira immediately grabs Shadowbringer from her back and holds it in front of her like a shield. Well, at first anyway. It's only when he gets closer that she switches to show one of the blunter sides and with both arms...swings.

But she doesn't try to cut him. No no, she's actually attempting to smack him into the nearest wall with that move.]

Of course you wouldn't listen, no one seems to lately.

[Hey batter, hey batter, swing!

Lavi gets knocked back, crashing into the wall, but he doesn't stay put for long. One moment he's there, next moment he's trying to jump on Mira again, trying to slash her if he gets close enough.]

[Gritting her teeth, she puts her sword back up as a shield and proceeds to use her legs to low blow kick the feral puca. Fair warning, she wears stilettos.]

Stay-[And she slams the blunt end down on his chest. It's only meant to knock the wind out of him more than harm.]down!

[Surely this is how you handle someone feral. But Mira's fucks have gone out the window nearly two moons ago.]

[If he were in the right mind, he would very much be afraid of this woman in stilettos.

But it's a hit and Lavi staggers back.

His chest throbs, but it's pushed to the back of his mind as he takes a deep breath and then lets out a roar, fur bristled up.]

[ No one should be surprised about how Vanitas takes the news of one of his Bondmates being attacked. Anyone that Van is bonded to? Naturally he is going to be fiercely "protective" of. More like anything that messes with what he perceives to be his won't be tolerated. Thus to know that Sora had been attacked just sets Vanitas on edge.

He's never claimed to be a good person. Somehow people are under the impression that he has good in him. Oh how wrong they are. Just because Vanitas is capable of being decent from time to time doesn't mean that deep down, at his core, he isn't also capable of very terrible things. And right now? Vanitas has every intention of hunting down and finding the one responsible.

Thus Vanitas is prowling around, electricity sparking off of him here and there. He even looks like he is up for a fight. ]

[He's still itching for a fight.

The moon calls to him in a way that has made his human mind fade to the background. Even fighting the people he did earlier has done nothing to quell the rage he's been feeling all night. So he ends up causing mischief, destroying trees around him and scaring anyone away. But that's not enough.

He wants to fight.

He needs to fight.

Despite the electricity sparking around Vanitas, it does nothing to stop Lavi from trying to jump on him from above.]

[ Lavi isn't the only one now itching for a fight. Definitely not the only one prepared for it. So yes, Lavi can come at him from above, but that's not quite going to work. Vanitas is an expert at attacking from unforeseen angles.

Instead of getting caught up in an attack, he instead turns towards other elemental magic. Wind, specifically. Vanitas hurls the winds at Lavi to knock him off balance and off course. ]

[It has him snarling.

Lavi goes flying back, landing on the ground, but it hardly does anything to deter him. The puca just kicks off from the earth to swipe his claws at Vanitas.]

[darkcharge]

[ Go ahead. Keep trying to do that. Vanitas looks bulky, but he's pretty quick on his feet as well.

And with a mutter under his breath, all of the sudden he seems to split into many copies. Which one is the real one Lavi?

Because they're all conjuring dark fire in their palms, readying for another attack. ]

[It doesn't matter which one's the real one.

Better question is if how well Vanitas can hit him.

He doesn't linger for long, his instincts screaming at him to move. So he ends up jumping into the air.]

[ Which is perfectly fine. The real Vanitas can deal with that. He's been here quite a while and knows a thing or two. One of which is a teleportation magic. It only works for short distances...

But it's more than enough to appear right in front of Lavi. Then Vanitas has the perfect position to cast that fireball right into Lavi's face ]

[HIS FACE.

Lavi lets out a startled and wounded roar as he ends up getting hit in the face, falling back and just...crashing to the ground.
