[Closed] It was easier playing with tin soldiers
Who: Symon and Keith
When: Beginning of the month
Where: Beyond the wall
What: Tracking down a suit of armor. Too bad it tends to fight back.
Warnings: None for now, fighting eventually.
The quest...well it didn't seem simple, but it was interesting and that was worth something. Lyr had said something airy about being busy, and besides, it really it wasn't his forte. But no matter, Symon had the perfect man in mind. Keith had accepted the offer with alacrity, not surprising Symon in the least and they made plans to meet at the city gates.
Symon waited there now, astride Jasper, scanning the crowd, turning his mount with a fine-tuned control.

"Hovercycle?" He asked, a brow cocked curiously, head tipping. The movement made the scales sweeping up his throat catch the light, glinting like fine jewels set in his pale skin. More and more changes had been coming over him, and his sleeves, which were now rolled past the elbow revealed more scales, and fine, spined fins at his wrists, and curving claws. The claws had been painted a brilliant blue, matching both his eyes and scales. His question had almost an eager sort of lilt; he had always been intrigued by the various technologies, the other man had told him about after sparring sessions.

His attention returned to Symon though, and he let out a low chuckle at the question.
"Yeah, a personal vehicle- kind of like a motorcycle, but way faster, floating, and way cooler." He had his doubts that Symon would even know what a motorcycle was, but that could be remedied, too. "A hovercycle doesn't fly, it just uses thrust to stay above the ground, adjusting the wings' angle drives you forward. Shiro and I used to race them through the desert... I'd like to build one here, if I can find the parts," he admitted with a smile.

"Vehicle....does it go faster than a horse?" A machine wouldn't have to be trained he supposed, and would listen to any command given, he couldn't deny the practicality of that. But it seemed so impersonal, how could one bond with a machine after all? Though Keith seemed close enough, in way, to the thing.
"If you build one, would you teach me how to ride it?" He asked, a smile playing on his face.
