It was safe to say that the Zemurian house was always lively, but the heaviest day of snowfall was particularly so. Everyone was home, and some had invited some friends over for dinner or socializing. It was too late before they realized just how heavily they were snowed in, and that they'd be stuck together for awhile. Best to make the most of it!

With all these people, at least it was a roomy house. There was:

The Main Floor which has a living room with a functional fireplace, kitchen (half stocked with useful cooking ingredients and half with "random things the other roommates thought would be cool"), a dining room, and the music room that's been transformed into Elliot's bedroom - because of course it has.
The Second floor which houses Towa, Crow, Machias, and Fie's bedrooms. Some of these rooms have a worrying amount of weapons, try to guess which. There is also a spare bedroom with a full sized bed, for any guests. Too bad you'll probably need to share.
The Attic, which was Rean's room and made up to be comfortable for a harpy. Shiny things are all over the place, and the bed is more like a nest of blankets.
The Basement which contains Randy and Lloyd's rooms. Coincidentally, this is the easiest place to find dirty magazines in the house.
The Cellar, which houses any alcohol that hasn't been drunken already, as well as a 200lbs wild boar carcass. Lovely.
And lastly the Courtyard which is...covered in snow. What else did you expect.

Make yourself comfortable or try to make a break for it. It's gonna be a long storm.

Yeaaaah, I can't blame you. I don't think I have it in me to invite anyone to that.

Then again, it wouldn't surprise me if Fie tries to invite him anyway. [Just to make him suffer]

Heehee. You’re probably right. He acts cool and collected, but if she asked, I’m sure he’d come. The two of them are really cute together.

I was pretty surprised when we suddenly found out she had two other bonds-- but she's made some really wonderful friends.

[They're both strange and-- well, somehow they really just seem like they all belong together.]

...speaking of friends, I um. Saw yours, earlier. In the oven. With a bunch of pointy objects.

[It had been. Quite the surprise.]

Yeah, she's has. I'm really happy for her.

[Fie's come so far when it's come to making friends and talking to people. he's proud!!!

Oh...sorry about him. He doesn't do well with the cold.

Ah...yeah, he does.

Dragons tend to have some item they have a compulsion to hoard. Sharp objects like knives are his.

Eheheh... I thought so. I'm just glad that's all it is.

[As long as he doesn't use a knife to dig a tunnel out in search of freedom it's probably fine.]

Just... try to ask him to leave me at least one knife in the kitchen to cook with.

I'd also hide anything that has sharp edges you wanna keep.

Unless he counts anything that might give you a paper cut, I think I’m safe there.

[Although she supposes she’ll save maintenance on her orbal gun until after they can get out again. She can’t afford to potentially lose any pieces.]

Probably don't let him handle your books, just in case. I've seen him take paper before.

Ah...Good thinking. My head hurts enough without the yelling that'd cause.

It would almost defeat the point of trying to save on gifts for the holidays if we had to replace Machias' collection of books.

[Because let's be real, he probably has even more than Towa does.]

...and I'd rather not see him try to pick a fight with a dragon that has a collection of knives and other pointy things...

I don't know that the house is ready for a new rivalry like that. Don't forget that Machias dooooes technically know how to use magic with his gun now.

Well, luckily the books I was using the most are at the guild right now, so they're safe.
