Masquerade - Bakugo
And really, they’re excited. It is as if their curiosity is doing overtime and they absolutely can’t wait to meet all these people. They have heard that there are dances and that there is food. And masks. Really, they hope there is beer as well. And eventually they think it is wise to run, allowing the wind to go through their hair as they hurry through the streets.
The downfall of hurrying through the streets is that they don’t really pay attention to whoever might be in their path. And that is why they literally slam right into someone halfway to the venue. Really, the only luck Enkidu is having is that manage to remain standing after stumbling backwards.]
Hmm. That hurts. [They mumble the words softly as they look down at their chest. Because, really not much has been able to hurt a sentient lump of clay.] Odd. [And they aren’t paying attention to the one they bumped into at all. They’re mostly kind of amazed at the dull ache after the collision.]
no subject
[Bruh, he's trying to be a sulky wallflower and he can't do that if you're going to bump into him!! He glowers down at Enkidu, red-eyes narrowing in over the top annoyance.]
And don't whine! You ran into me!
no subject
It seems I have, yes.
[Then their eyes drop back to their chest again.]
I am not whining. [They pat the spot briefly.] I am merely expressing my surprise.

[Not anymore, alas.]
But most of all, it somewhat hurt a little. [Oh wait...] Did I hurt you?

sorry for the late reply!
Masquerade - Marie
They watch their feet as they shuffle around, paying attention to how she moves. But alas, eventually they step fully onto one of her feet.]
Ah. [For a small moment there’s a frown on their face and they stop their movements briefly.] Did it hurt you? [Finally they look at Marie’s face.] It seems I need to learn a little more.
Re: Masquerade - Marie
I am completly fine, do not worry about this! Forgive me for asking but do you perhaps not have much experience when it comes to dancing?
[Marie would gladly help them practice!]
no subject
[At least there is that. Slowly they place a hand on their shoulder (or should it go around her waist?).]
I cannot make any promises but I will try to control my feet a little. After all, all I need to do is do what you do, only backwards, not?
no subject
[She offers Enkidu an encouraging smile. They are doing well for someone who is basically a begineer!]
no subject
Hmm...let us keep up like this. I wish to learn this dance.
[After all, this is a human dance. It is of utmost importance that Enkidu understands this.]
Perhaps I can lead you the next time.

Masquerade - Oda
The look their face is a bright one and when they look at Oda they smile broadly.]
Yes! It seems the melody is picking up. We can dance more cheerfully now. [Because they feel quite cheerful. And the fact that the beer tastes like the beer they know from Uruk helps a lot as well. Yes, it is somewhat nostalgic, but in a good way.
So yes, the look they give Oda is an expectant one.]
sorry so late orz
He had come to the occasion thinking there might be something that sparks some sort off direction or purpose in his life here. If it happens, then it happens. And if not, well... that's all right, too.
Anyway, Enkidu seems in good spirits. And Oda isn't against having fun if that's an option that's available to him. He extends a hand to Enkidu.]
You're right. So how about it? Let's dance.
EVEN LATER, sorry! :C
Come, let us go to the middle!
[They curl their fingers tighter around Oda's hand.]
A waltz would not be appropriate but we could follow their lead. [Enkidu points out the other couples.]
Masquerade - Vanitas
Hmm! [They point at the empty spot across of them.] Come join me. [Then they point at a couple of big mugs full of beer.] It is a bit more quiet here and I have some cakes.
[Some cakes, Vanitas, please don’t take all the cakes.]
no subject
[ Because even to him that sounds like a strange way to get away from people for a while. He'd sort of understand if they'd feel overwhelmed. Even Vanitas is a little bit. ]
Second of all, how much cake are we talking?
[ Van likes sweets. ]
no subject
Because I wish to eat all these cakes. I am hungry.
[Also that second question can be easily answered as Enkidu reaches to grab behind them and show Vanitas a second tray of cakes.]
Enough. [It is true that a part of them wants to eat those cakes by themselves but it does not hurt to share.] Come sit. It is good to see you again, I enjoyed the conversation we had back then.
no subject
[ Not that he has issue with it, of course. More like how had they gotten them under the table without anyone noticing. And that is a lot of cake. Can one person really eat so much? ]
You seriously enjoyed the conversation?
[ Yeah that's... That's a little hard to believe! ]

Hunting Petalwolves - Flat
You may walk on. [They look up at the young man that went with them. Another Master.] I need to… [They’re standing ankles deep in the mud.] …do something. [That something is this. Standing there. With their feet in the mud and a smile on their face. Like the weird clay hippie they are.]
no subject
[ the silly grin on flat’s face upon seeing enkidu is sign enough that he’s happy to see the servant. he crosses over to where enkidu is, uncaring whether or not his boots get dirty.. ]
Are you here to see the petalwolves, too?
no subject
[Enkidu digs their toes further into the mud, humming softly. They do not feel anything. No vibrations, no energy, nothing. But it represents a certain sort of nostalgia.]
And so are you.
[They blink. Oh yes, the petalwolves.]
Yes, we should seek them out. [They start to move again, slowly pulling their feet out of the mud.] Yet I do not feel like slaying them because humans think they are beautiful.
no subject
[ flat smiles when enkidu says that, even letting out a sigh of relief as he approaches them. ]
You know, if they're so pretty, I don't really understand why people would want to take them. It's kind of like plucking a flower, don't you think? The ground is what makes it pretty and alive, and if you take it, it dies. Really, I just took up the mission because I really wanted to see them.

Hunting Petalwolves - Trevor
[Enkidu sits next to Trevor in the bushes, observing the petalwolves playing on the open field in front of them. There is a mother and a young whelp. The father seems to oversee it all.]
They are beautiful. But I am quite sure they are more beautiful alive.
[They look at him with a somewhat expectant look on their face.]
no subject
How much money do you have on you?
no subject
[Still, they have to pay Ozymandias with something. Eventually.]
I wished to see them so that is why I came along. [Enkidu flashes him a soft smile.] It is good to see you have sobered up a little. Yet, the beer has been good, not?
no subject
[ Or so it seems.
Tossing the stick to the side, he readjusts his position some while letting his hand drop down to his whip clipped to his belt. ]
I'll be sure to get a drink after this ordeal so don't get too excited for me.
