[ Bizarre dreams or not, there was something comforting about fried food and some alcohol to wash it down with. So hey, one step at a time. ]

[ Her ankle cross against one another so she's facing him somewhat, making it easier for her to reach over and pick out one fo the oysters with the toothpicks given to them. It was a bit of a challenge, but she managed to get a bite. She starts fanning her mouth though as she tries to blow the steam from the inside. ]

[ This man ate takoyaki on the regular, he knew the drill -- sometimes you just had to pop a molten hot piece of batter and seafood in your mouth, that was just how the world worked. ]

[ So he speared a piece himself and knocked it back, huffing with a hand over his mouth to disperse some of the heat. ]

Whew, my compliments to the chef.

[ She watches him brave the heat and just eat the thing whole. It was a little impressive.

Thankfully, hers had started to cool down and she could properly enjoy it, and it was heavenly. ]
