A . Veggie Tales
Aww, aren't you just a little cutie. Hell, all of you are.
[Like some sort of Disney princess, a whole bunch of these vegetable animals surrounded Saori when she sat down in the community garden. She had drew up a tub of water for them to drink from off to the side. The fox and crocodile chimera picked up a spinach owl and placed it on her lap. With her knife, she carefully removes some of the older leaves .]
Why can't the other owl I know be as cute as you? Maybe I should take you to Fushimi to make him jealous.
B. Prurient Petals
[Sure she's making a pretty cune or two from running Fushimi, but she won't say no to a chance to build up her rainy day funds. Seems simple enough. How bad could this be?
Two hours into her quest, she's on her third flower harvesting when everything goes wrong. The plant released a massive cloud of pollen that would have hit her if she hadn't jumped back. However, in her rush to get away, she stumbled backward on a tree root and her protective gear got caught in some branches. The chimera had to crawl out or risk inhaling more of the pollen, snatching the flimsy and now torn face mask and cracked goggles. Once she is several feet away, she sits back against a tree trunk to rest. At the sound of footsteps, Saori, looking rather flushed, looks up. ]
B-be careful going down that way. One of the flowers started to let out some pollen just now.
C. A Night at Fushimi
[In the Entertainment District, the Fushimi izakaya/pub lights are on and the beer is flowing. The smell of oil and spices over high heat lures those walking by. While the interior may not be luxurious and spacious, some may find the intimate space where they can watch the chimera at work and enjoy a cold beer with their meal refreshing. At the sound of the sliding door opening, Saori can be heard over the sizzle and crackle of the fires of the kitchen.]

D. Nothing to Be Drone About It
[On one of Saori's days off from the running Fushimi, the chimera is content with reading a book from the house library in the living room. She has a blanket wrapped around her as the cold is starting to creep in at this time of the year. It is at this moment, the sound of something large being dropped into the garden made her sit up and open the door leading outside.
What the fuck is going...on?
[The dust hasn't cleared away but the chimera can make out the shape of a rather large weapon sticking out of the cobblestone. Saori approaches it carefully to get a better look at it. Her golden crocodile eyes widen as the dust settles to reveal a golden large sword with a stylized fox on one side. The weapon is half her height, but she grasps the hilt and pulls it out of the ground without a problem. A finger flicks a hidden switch on the hilt, and the blade slides up and splits in half. The top half slides over the fox carving, now making the oversized weapon into a battle axe. She gives the weapon a few test swings, which comes to ease to her. Satisfied, she lowers the golden weapon. Even though her crocodile teeth made it look like she is always smiling, the smile on her face now is sincere.]
I don't believe it. You're a sight for sore eyes for sure.

[Even with a crocodile tail, Saori's balance is no match for a sudden wave of flying fungi-based furry snakes. The startled owl manages to wiggle free and escape as the chimera falls back on her butt.]
