[1: Shawl About Love]
[They said it could be anyone. Native, mirrorbound... whatever. That gives Heralia ideas, and Heralia getting ideas is never a good idea.
Being an arboreal cat, she has a proclivity for climbing up into trees. Being a jerk means she likes to not alert anyone that she's about to do something.
One may just be walking along, minding their own business, when a shawl drops on their head. Or neck, perhaps, if she actually aimed it properly, from above.
She can be rather quiet and subtle if she wants to, but there's a good chance she's going to laugh, no matter the reaction.] Nope! You're not the one, sorry to say.
[2: Under New Management]
[If there is one way to make her behave, though, it is kids. She bustles about the orphanage, fetching what she needs to, and picking up little items for the kids. She's all over the place, but grabbing her attention isn't too hard - it's mostly just busywork for something she helped bring forth!
There's a lot to work on, though. Classrooms to set up, and educational props to move around, and maybe she put something right in someone's way, or where something else should've been.]
[3: Clean Up and Clear Out]
[Oh this could be fun. She looks at a large desk - it's partially broken, one of the footpads fell off so it's uneven and rocks back and forth - then back to the property it's sitting out front of.
She turns to the next Mirrorbound she sees, and grins.] Hail! Do you have a moment? I need some help with this desk.
[4: Wildcard!]
[For any wildcarding needs! You can hit me up via PM, via PlurkReslari or via Discord at Reslari#9561. Furthermore, Heralia's plotting comment is here!]

I don't know how much I can help.
[He comes with skinny little arms.]

[It's a table, how far could its owner be?]

[It occurs to him only now that he's never had to return anything. Oh well. No time like the present.]
I do have a moment. But I've never done anything like this before. Do you have any advice?
no subject
[She giggles.] All you need to do is smell for cigars. You know what they smell like, right?
3
I can help. What do you need?
no subject
I just need a hand lifting this up! It's a bit in the way, wouldn't you agree? I think it should go back to its owner.
no subject
I'll help you lift it, but I'm not sure how we can make its owner take it back. They threw it out for a reason.
no subject
Besides, they were the ones that littered. They should take responsibility.
[She reaches down and lifts on the edge of the desk. It hefts a bit easier than she was expecting.] If they want to get rid of it, why not have a nice sale or donate it to a business? Dropping it into the street is just littering, and as one of the representatives of Mirrorbound in Parliament, I shouldn't encourage that! They wouldn't want us to do it in turn, after all.
no subject
[She moved to go to the other side, helping her lift it.]
So, Miss Councilor, how do you suggest we get it back to them? Do you know exactly who left it here?
no subject
[She leans down and... sniffs at it.] Ah, and whoever owned it last has a propensity for cigars! That should make it a touch easier to determine which house it came from.
Let's investigate before we lift, hm? Ah- are you a Witch or a Monster?
no subject
I'm a witch. Freshly arrived though, so if you need a bit of magic, I've got a bit before I can yet contribute.
no subject
[Speaking of a nose for things, she turns, sniffling at the air, and her tail swishes behind her a few times, before she turns toward the street.] Let's start our search, hm? I think this way!
no subject
Lead the way. And do we take the desk with us now?
no subject
[She swishes her tail, then leans back down again. Cigar and... there's something else there.] Hm... alright, I think I've an idea of what I'm looking for. Shall we off then?
no subject
By all means, and lead the way.

[There is a spring in her step, and she does swing her head slowly from side to side, as she catches air currents, trying to figure out where the scents are coming from. There's a promising scent here or there, but for the most part, she just walks in a relatively straight line.]
So Miss Witch, do you have a name? I am Heralia. The rest of my name's a title, and it doesn't matter much.

[Might as well make pleasant conversation. She doesn't need her ears to catch a scent, and she sniffs around carefully as they go.]

no subject
[A laugh.] But in technology! So all of this... [She pauses, trying to find the right word.] Magitech they call it, is right up your alley?
no subject
...But why can't you learn magic? Are you a monster rather than a witch, then?
no subject
It's not so bad, though. The cooler weather means the extra fur is nice. I don't look forward to summer, though.
So yes, best I can do at this point is use pre-enchanted items, I suppose.
no subject
[A thought.]
Tell me though... are you bonded to anyone?
no subject
[She swishes her tail once, and then it... droops a little. Her smile stays on her face though.] Nay! I'm not opposed to it, but I'm trying to keep to Witches that might need it badly before I shore up someone that already has a Bond. Monsters aren't as much a risk if you don't... fight with your nature.
no subject
[At her next comment, Croix's face alights with concern.]
... I see. I can't imagine it hasn't cause you difficulty, though. Are you sure you can handle it?
shows up 2 weeks late with a grande wildcard frappucino
After an hour, the satchel by his side is half-full with cut petals, leafs, stems - and dozens of vials, lightly coated on the inside with pollen. That doesn't compare to the thick layer of pollen coating his clothing at this point, which he'll probably be able to make a pretty penny on its own, assuming he can find a way to safely scrape it off and sell it.
The wizard hums pleasantly, his mood elevated as he corks his last vial. It's been about one hour; the flower's effects are hard to deny. ]
Maybe I'll go out on the town tonight. [ He talks to himself as he stands and adjusts his satchel's position on his shoulder. There's a cabaret a block from his new home... perhaps he'll have some luck there tonight, he thinks to himself as he turns to head back towards Aefenglom's walls.
He stops after only a few steps. Is there something watching him? ]
no such thing as late to a month-long catchall!
So, seeing what is a familiar face - if not a particularly well-known one, but she has talked to him before - go into the patch, she decided to just sort of sit and observe.
Being she is a leopard now, or at least partially one, her cat instincts tell her it's best if she does as such from up high, probably in a nearby tree, so that's what she does.
Of course, the pollen floats, and it rises on wind currents and hits her right in the face. She fights off a sneeze or two as she watches, until he gets up and gets ready to go.
Then, she starts, as well, standing up and rattling the branches a bit, before climbing back down - a bit slowly, trying to make herself seem stiff and sleepy.] Oh, good afternoon! I was napping in that tree; I think you moving woke me up! Sorry if I startled you~!
if you say so ;u;
He remembers her face well, but not her name. She still looked human back then - it seems her Monster traits have come in... and come in well. The woman was already dainty and lithe before; her cat-like Turnskin changes are very agreeable. ]
Not at all. I should be the one to apologize for disturbing you. [ The more he looks at her, the less urgency he feels to return to the city. ] It's been far too long since I laid eyes upon you, madam, although I confess, I've forgotten your name. I confused you for a Witch back then, didn't I? How foolish, considering your magnificence now.
[ Smiling coyly, he bows he holds out his hand to her, palm up, mirroring their first encounter. ]

Oh, that doesn't matter, she feels rather flattered, and she giggles softly, settling a hand over her chest as though taking the compliment far more gravely than the grin on her face seems to imply.
Her tail swishes playfully.] Goodness, you're quite forgiven. There was a lot to learn in those first few weeks.
[She reaches forward to slide her fingers into his palm, perhaps enjoying the touch of his hand on hers too much.
... No, that won't do. Maybe she wants the hands other places.] I am Heralia. No way to confuse me this time, but that doesn't matter to you, does it?
