[Which is to say that Ozymandias has no idea why exactly Yazoo ended up with the sphinx. He turns his attention down to the kitten in his arms, more properly inspecting him to be certain that no harm has befallen him in whatever length of time he spent with this stranger. The kitten appears to be intact and not sickly, which Ozymandias assumes is from only a short period of time with Yazoo.]
[But there was the matter how and where this sphinx came from. The cub responded to his command, identifying him plainly as one of Ozymandias', but it is truly odd that he would be so far away from the cafe. Looking back up, Ozymandias does a quick count among those gathered around him and elsewhere busying themselves with patrons only to find this little one extra. There is a moment of confusion before it finally clicks, and Ozymandias looks back down at the cub in his arms.]
Ah, I think I see what has happened here, [he says more to himself than to Yazoo.] You have come through the mirror just as your brother before you, haven't you?
[Ozymandias laughs boisterously.]
Excellent! I am sure Wehem-Mesut shall be delighted to see you once more as I am!
[...Is Yazoo still here? Ozymandias is being a little rude right now focusing on the sphinx. Whoops.]

( Well, then. That's signal enough that the man considers their conversation over — or that he's more interested in the cat in his arms than answering any more questions Yazoo might have. The Remnant watches him for a moment longer, briefly lamenting the good old days when he and his brothers could simply take whatever they wanted by force, before tilting his head just a little as he asks one final question. )
So you're going to keep him.
( ... And you know? Yazoo can sympathise with the fact that he might prefer being with his siblings than with him, for all that instinctual pull seems to want to override the logic. )
Do they live here all the time?
( An odd sort of home, all things considered, but then Yazoo isn't exactly up to date on what is and isn't a normal in a city. While the idea of a cat cafe might have seemed bizarre to him when he first set foot across the threshold, he can't deny that he's beginning to see the appeal. )
I still want to visit. Believe what you like about how I found him, but understand that it was never my intention to cause him harm.
( After all, he only came to the Purramid Cafe for tips on how to care for such a creature. )

You may visit here all you like, though this one will likely not be here unless I am. [He looks up then, now that the batting paws have settled for the moment and he just is having to cradle two kittens instead of the one. Such is life. Woe.] The unfortunate matter of the magic in this place is that such conjurations are never permanent. And so, this is more than enough space and comfort for sphinxes of this size and number.
Whereas this one shall continue to grow.
