She felt the warmth of his spell wash over in as his arms curled protectively around her torso. She was feeling dizzy but the spell had stopped the bleeding and had given her body what it needed to slowly heal itself.

Tears prickled at the corner of her eyes as her palm rose to cup his cheek. "Don't say that. You've given me more than anyone ever has." He's given her something that Thomas never could give her.
