He runs a hand up to Prompto's hair and strokes it faintly, hesitantly. It doesn't feel weird. It feels nice. He's just also... not sure what Prompto's limit is, here. he's tolerating the petting.]

[He smiles, nuzzling into Prompto's hair again, this time braving the tiniest press of lips to the back of his head.]

Either way, I like it. Next time someone decides to freeze over the city, I'm just gonna glue myself to you if that's alright.

[Ignis is scared to do anything else, but if Prompto feels the Bond out a bit, he'll note there's a desire there. Nothing impure, nothing scandalous, but a want of more.]

I'd be completely fine with that, though you may have to fight the others for the position.

[He does feel it out, but he's not sure what else to do. This is...new for him.

[Ignis wraps his arms around Prompto again, shifting slightly to a more comfortable position.]

I've long been a pushover for those eyes. No matter how much I try to resist.

That's why the salads had effort put into them, despite knowing Noct wouldn't touch them more than to scoot them around the plate.

I do agree with that, especially these days.

[He notices it, it's right there wiggling around under the blanket. But he's not really focused on it beyond registering that it's a sign of happiness. He's looking into Prompto's eyes carefully.

A pause, a thought, and he takes his glasses off, setting them aside before he returns his attention to Prompto.

Since when was he afraid to step forward and take what he wants? Oh, right. Since forever. Ignis is a nurturer, not this kind of bold. He eases things along, rather than just bluntly expressing a need or desire. In things like this, anyway. Maybe that's why he's never honestly dated anyone. He doesn't want to cheapen their friendship by doing something stupid...

Ah, he's staring at Prompto's lips while he ponders. Oops.]

[He feels like there should be something more to say here but it's lost on him when Ignis takes his glasses off and Prompto can't stop the gasp that slips out. Ignis is so damn pretty with his glasses off, it's not fair.
