[When he hears the voice behind him saying his name, Onni lifts his head and looks over his shoulder, then stands up and wipes his gloves off on his pants. There is zero indication that he has any shame about being caught digging in the trash, and that is precisely because he doesn't have any shame at all about digging in the trash. He doesn't really have much shame about anything.]

Mm. Just looking for building supplies. I don't have a steady job yet, and I want to build a sauna.

[ That's so... specific. ]

Why a sauna? Aren't you hot enough with the weather lately? And why are you trying to build it out of trash?

[ So any questions. What is happening. ]

[Despite the questions and the incredulity, Onni looks almost completely unaffected and impervious to any kind of shame. Tilting his head slightly, he raises a brow and makes a considering noise in his throat.]

It is hot. But I'd still like a sauna, and it'll probably be cooler by the time it's done, especially if I'm just working on it by myself. And I'm looking for building supplies in the scrap heaps because I can't afford to buy them new. It seemed like a better idea than just chopping down trees.

Uuh... I guess that makes sense.

[ Maybe?? ]

What do you want a sauna so badly for that you'd go out of your way to make one all by yourself?

[scowlish]

[That question at the end seems to honestly catch him off guard, and he snorts a bit, shaking his head.]

A sauna is one of the basic amenities of a home where I come from. It's very important, for relaxing and cleaning. Don't you have them where you come from?

[A shrug, his head tilted a little to the side. Really...saunas are such a staple of life back home he can't imagine it being any other way. He was even using abandoned ones in the Silent World, in the middle of nowhere!]

A sauna? Really?

[ Killua looks surprised, and a bit confused. ]

I mean... sure, we've got 'em. I guess people go there in the winter, maybe? I always thought of it as a place for sweaty old men to hang out and gossip. I've never been.

[scowlish]

Yes, really.

[Shaking his head a little, Onni makes a small 'feh' noise somewhere between confusion and disdain for this lack of respect against saunas.]

Where I come from, we use them all year around, but especially in winter since it gets very cold. And it's a place for sweaty people to hang out and gossip, not just old men.

[A shrug.]

You should try it sometime. It's good for you.
