[ Ritsu knows better than to get himself alone with either of the women in his house, but it ends up happening that it ends up happening. At least the festival is a pleasant excuse to keep things light, despite the fact things are not going well for him: prior to the beginning of Litha, he hadn't been around at home - he'd been in the Coven infirmary instead, with only the excuse of "things got out of hand on the full moons" being mentioned to his housemates. It isn't untrue at all, but his trophies from then are a new set of ears (floppy black bunny ones, like he usually has in his dreams), and fur beginning from his waist down to his feet - his entire lower half is vastly more rabbit-shaped now, though he can still stand on two legs.

...The latter part of that he's wearing skirts for now, finding it just easier to buy ones that are long and a little wide at the bottom than to go find a tailor to specifically hem him some new rabbit-ready pants. Today's skirt is a pale plain blue one - he hasn't really gotten into the whole "find cute patterns" phase of his acceptance yet.

He's been too busy giving annoyed looks at people hitting on him thinking he's a woman instead, so finding Iramaat - despite knowing! he should! not be alone with women from his house! - is actually a blessing. Seeing people who are familiar, who he knows better than he knows complete strangers, is a blessing.

But he isn't going to tell her that. Then he'll owe her something. He gives her a cheerful wave when he (a bit literally) hops over, given he's found it's hard to walk like a normal person when your feet are bunnified. ]

Yo, Iramaat-san~. Didja come for some fun, or for some [ a little quirk of his eyebrow, glancing at the brothel workers - who are still quite charmed by the mistake made by their innuendos on their advertisement ] fun? If it's the latter, I'm not gonna get in your way...♪

[ Ira only has the new horns so far - no fur - but it's probably inevitable. She chooses not to think about it, though, not after her bond and after enjoying the festival as much as she has. She's been a little worried about Ritsu - he's been gone for a few days - but you'd never tell from the way her face lights up when she spots him. She steps away, arms wide as if to embrace him. ]

Ritsu! So good to see you - you've been gone, are you well?

[ Oh, right. She glances over her shoulder at the brothel workers and shoots them a wink. ]

Oh, I've found plenty of entertainment, but nothing I can't put off for a little while to spend some time with you. Especially after you've left us all alone in that gigantic house for so long...

[ Ira, it's been like two days or something. ]

[ He's not looking forward to what Nel has to say about his being gone, in particular.

His smile wanes a little and he shrugs, turning his face to hide it as he bounces just a little closer. ]

I've been just fine... Was stayin' with my older brother and some friends. [ Not... a lie, not a lie. His life is just full of this right now. ] It's only been a couple of days, Iramaat-san... You gonna make me make it up to you anyway?

[ She notices that little attempt and while she doesn't say anything, she does note it and decided to push a little, sidestepping to get closer in the crowd. ]

I think I might have to have you make it up to me. With you gone, I have a very poor audience for my stories - Nel's not that interested, more's the pity. So I think doing me a favor isn't out of the question...

[ How cruel. Ritsu scrunches his nose, wishing Nel was a little more interactive with stories - how far does that stick go? Ah, she really is the worst parts - but nods after a moment, shifting on his feet. ]

Well, you know what I can offer... [ Dances, songs, music, baking? Company. ] Name your price.

Give me a dance, dear heart, and I will be pleased.

[ Iramaat laughs and bows theatrically. ]

It's a wonderful day, after all, and I savor your company.

[ ...Alright, he can't help it; Iramaat really is charming, even if she's tricky, and it isn't even in an annoying way - he thinks it over for a second and holds out his hand, fingers curled lightly. A little nervewracking, but Iramaat is a good person; he trusts her. ]

Join me, my lady? [ A beat, and he shifts on his feet. ] Gonna be kinda weird with the new leg thing, but if we move slowly, then I think it'll work.

[ He has to learn how to move with these anyway, bunny hops aside. ]

Don't worry; I'm sure you'll manage. This is what you live for, isn't it?

[ She takes his hand and settles into position to let him 'lead' if he likes. ]

Or if you'd rather I lead, say the word. I'm not picky.

I don't usually do pair dances.

[ Idol dances are - it isn't solo, exactly, they perform in a group, but it's just one person syncing up with everyone else. He's not incapable of this type though, drawing her a little closer so he can settle his other hand on her waist. ]

But I can do this... Sorry in advance if I step on your feet. I'm gonna try not to, but I've just been hoppin' around since it's easier, not stepping.

[ He'll hum a waltz in quarter-note time, a piece he knows how to play; the dance is a simple one, four steps in a box-shape, but he isn't above adding the flair he knows she's going to want - he's just going to wait to do so, making sure he won't step on her first. ]

...Do you dance like this a lot? You seem like the kinda lady to.

Oh, I think I can avoid being trod on...

[ She's rather cheery, despite the threat. Instead, she settles into the box-step with him. It's rather dull, at first, but he's probably just getting started and she appreciates the effort.

Besides, he's paying attention to her and that's what matters, right? ]

When I can! A life of wandering and adventure doesn't always leave time for balls and dances, though. [ She smiles, letting him lead. ]

I enjoy it, though. It lets one get close with another.

[ She's so easy to get along with, really. Ritsu smiles a little wider, warmth in his eyes a bit more genuine, and he keeps up their box-step as he figures out his next move. ]

And Iramaat-san likes being close, hm~? Ahh, that suits you... [ She reminds him a little of Arashi, really. ] I'm gonna guess you like the other kinda dance the brothels were teachin' too, huh- the one [ haha ] "between the sheets".

My dear boy...

[ Iramaat laughs and then lowers her head to meet his, mouth splitting in a sly little grin. ]

Love-making can be a dance, but it's also very different. Although you're not far wrong - I've had my share of lovers and I do enjoy having them.

[ She cocks her head as she turns into another little one-two, one-two of the dance. ]

Are you interested?

[ Is he interested.

His ears twitch slightly, trying to come to terms with her closeness. She's pretty, and she's been good company, and he isn't against it. Isn't like he can really save himself for anyone anymore now anyway, and being close to brothels has been giving him a bit of an itch he doesn't want to acknowledge or scratch.

He hates rabbits, actually. ]

I'm not not interested, [ he replies a little softly, crimson eyes turning to hers. There's the state of his injuries to consider too, but they're mostly healed anyway- he just doesn't really want to, mmm, explain them, but... maybe Iramaat won't ask. It's fine.

Or maybe she's joking. His ears stay perked, though he sighs gently and tilts his head the other way to match. ] Mmmm, you serious? Or are you just messin' with a poor bunny boy, huh? Iramaat-san.

[ Oh? Her ears twitch and her smile goes a little broader. She wasn't quite sure what she expected him to say. Maybe she wanted to see him stutter or lose his cool - but the not-quite-interest is just as good, honestly. ]

I'm not "messing" with you.

[ Her voice pitches a little lower. ]

I'm entirely serious. Are you? That's the real question here. If you're not, there's no harm in saying so. I'm not one to force anyone into anything.

[ Two wolves rage inside of you. One of them is horny because everyone else is. The other wants nothing to do with too much touching.

Ritsu's ears lower thoughtfully, ever the speaker for him now, and he hesitates before he shakes his head. ]

Sorry. Maybe some other time, Ira-san. [ Shorter name now. Cuter. ] If I can take a raincheck on that offer, anyway.

Of course. If you ever change your mind or feel up to it...

[ She trails off and leaves the invitation unsaid. ]

But for now, shall we dance?
