Right. Some people make stuff they can market, or is interesting for hobbyists, but besides that they might want to replicate something more personal and I bet plenty of that doesn't make it to the public.

Yes, I would likely do the same if I had the abilities, not announcing something I had made if I wished to not have others asking about receiving one as well.

That's how it goes. If people see something cool they're gonna want to see how they can get it.

[See: fads in his own world. There's definitely a budding element of it to the fashion industry and that kind of thing here, too, but it's still a bit quieter than back home.]

Anyway, you'll probably find out more about what this place has to offer by taking a wander around the shopping district and the harbour.

I can certainly understand that.

[A lot of people, if they felt their children had the slightest potential in cultivation, real or not, wanted a sect to train their children. In a way, it was similar. Some were even from well-to-do families that didn't need any money or have assistance from too many children, but it was the thing everyone wanted]
