<sub>[For being as big of an extrovert as he is, it's a miracle that Demyx hasn't crashed any parties or festivals in the city yet. Fortunately he hasn't had to, given how open they seem to be. This one isn't any different, even with the circus in town.

Litha still lingered in the back of his mind, but this wasn't going to be like that. He didn't have to worry about some jerk-ass werewolf ditching him in a maze this time, because you know what? You know what, universe? Throw everything you've got at him tonight! It's not going to stop him from trying to make the best of it! Even if he's still trying to figure people out. Namely, people like Aqua. But all he has to do is act cool, right? Of course he'll never be as cool as her, because... Well.

He can't use ice magic.

But it'll be fine so long as he stays himself. Which is why he doesn't try to hide anything tonight (more like he can't, thanks circus folks). He doesn't stop himself from gawking up at the moons with a sense of wonder, nor does he stop himself from blindly following Aqua's lead through the crowds.]</sub>

Y'know, I've never actually seen a moon do this before. Think it's part of the show?

( It's still a little strange to spend time with Demyx like this, but at the same time... there's something that feels natural about it, too. There's no reason in particular for it, but the time they've spent with one another has been nice. And... she can't really explain it, but she feels much more relaxed than usual.

Though, being in a place like this? It's not really her thing. Aqua's always been mostly work and pleasure later.

Aqua looks upwards then, wings folding neatly against her back. )

It's possible. There's so many different spells here - I wouldn't be surprised if there was some that were used only for festivities.

It's not the worst kind of magic I've seen here if that's the case.

Or... ever, I guess. I think I've seen more variety here in one day than I've seen the whole time I've been here and back home. Things would've been way more wild if we had stuff like that.

You're right. The Master didn't exactly teach Terra, Ven, or I how to use our magic to set off fireworks.

I dunno if it's in my top five, but it's definitely up there on my list of 'pretty things I've seen in this world'.

... When I think about it - the places I remember the most as the ones where I've made good memories in, rather than how it looks. In this world, too.
