[ she adores her roommates and they've done nothing wrong, so!! ]

Anyway...yeah. Bonding. I'm not a fan of it, but it's gotta happen somewhere down the line.

[ she frowns, looking down at her teacup. sylvia's never been great at hiding how she feels, and it's clear she's not really excited about the prospect of connecting with another stranger in the intimate way bonds require. ]

I'll...figure it out, I guess.

[ Huh, she really doesn't like the idea at all... well, he can't exactly blame her. He's not thrilled about his Bond with Akira no matter how he behaves.

Then again, it's not like Bonds have to be permanent, is it? ]

You know, Bonds can be temporary, if you're just looking for a stopgap.

[ He considers his options for a moment longer, but there's really no reason to hold back if he's already looked in her memories, had her look at his, and even mentioned the possibility of temporary Bonds. ]

If you find yourself short on potential partners, I don't mind making a deal with you.

[ ...huh. he has a point. bonds can be temporary indeed, and akechi's...actually offering. she's visibly surprised; her eyes widen considerably. her tea's going to get cold with how much she's pausing today. ]

You wouldn't mind?

[ akechi seems like the kind of person who preferred keeping things to himself. that he's offering comes as a (pleasant?) surprise. ]

I mean... I don't really have any potential partners right now, to be honest. And I like you well enough, so...

[ so? ]

...I'll think about it. I'm definitely inclined to tell you yes, but I wanna be sure first, y'know?

[ I'll think about it is about all he's expecting right now, so he gives her a nod. ]

Take all the time you need... within reason, that is.

[ He imagines a Puca's version of a feral rampage is a lot less destructive than a Vampire's or a Dragon's might be, but it's probably still far from pleasant. ]

... And I meant what I said. If Kurusu-kun ever gives you trouble I'll be happy to chide him for you.

[ His tone is much lighter now, at least; it's definitely a joke, if only because he has a hard time imagining Akira being a jerk to anyone who didn't deserve it. ]

[ she grins at him, and there's a little mischievous glint in her eye. in regards to akira, however: ]

Hey, don't worry! I'm sure I can scold him myself if it comes down to that.

[ she lets out a giggle before sipping on her tea again. she didn't come here expecting to potentially bond with akechi, but perhaps she should have expected that, given the subject matter. she brought it up, after all. ]

...Also, Akechi? Thanks for the offer. I know I'm pretty hesitant about it all, but I appreciate it anyway.
