As are you.

[He does catch how Dimitri hunches forward - as he always used to - and the closed-lip smile is... fairly normal as well.

What isn't is how he leans towards him. Sylvain doesn't mention it, but he does take note of how... catlike, the action had seemed, before Dimitri caught himself and pulled away.

A shame.]

Yes, let's.

[And so he swings the door open for him, stepping in after him and... getting a table for two.

There's no bar to schmooze at, and he's not inviting them to a table with pretty ladies - or handsome gentlemen - to ask to join them. It'll just be them.]

This seemed like a place you might enjoy, so...

No, no one else.

[He'd decided to take Dimitri out on the town, yes, but while his younger iteration would have dragged Dimitri to flirt with girls, to do something he (thought he) enjoyed, in some effort to get his friend to live a little, to enjoy himself in similar ways... now, he can recognize that that wouldn't quite be welcome.

So he'd brought him here, to somewhere he thought he'd enjoy for the simple reason that it seemed like something Dimitri would like.

Admittedly, it was somewhat difficult, but he'd settled on melding a pair of their interests - in Sylvain's compulsion to take people to dinner, and in Dimitri's apparent (continued) enjoyment of... well, cheese.

It's a bit of an awkward blend, but he made an attempt.]

Of course~

[It is supposed to be Sylvain's night, but even so - there's no catch. He's grown since this Dimitri last made one of their silly deals with him, and can thus be more than happy spending some relatively quiet time with a friend, instead of forcing his "interests" on him.

It should be pleasant.

...And seeing the surprise on Dimitri's face when he figures out there isn't a catch will make it all worth it, too.]

That would be wise, I think. The names are all different, here.

[It's not like there's 'Gautier cheese' here, after all, and he doesn't know enough about the process to go about making it himself, despite how it'd always been Dimitri's favorite.]
