I. L'Amourtentia (Adults Only/NSFW potential)

[This month, there were quite a lot of requests that the city needed help with and as always, Towa took it upon herself to help out where her skills saw fit. Brewing some potions hardly seemed out of her capability. The nature of the potion itself didn't escape her, but she wasn't entirely shy about working with the materials-- just because she wanted to help didn't mean she was curious, right? At least that's what she hoped people would think.

Unfortunately, she's not very subtle when it came to matters of lying or hiding things. No, she's not good at it at all. Luckily though, she is good at making the aphrodisiac brew. Her attention to detail and skill with similar magical tasks made her a good fit for the task on a technical level.

Working in silence is no fun. At some point she's going to try and talk to the others helping out.]

I... didn't realize they used something like this at their establishments. It must be pretty popular if they need all the extra help.

II. Research Request

[Spending her days surrounded by books is nothing new to Towa. So the request for a bit of research is actually Towa's favorite. Unfortunately, Towa has an unfortunate habit when it comes to the actual process of collecting the books she wants. Even with the various ladders set up, when the upper shelves are involved well... she's just short.

But she always ends up pushing herself to try and reach them despite her stature.]

Magic Studies

I. A Little Illusion

[The park is a good place to test out her illusion magic-- and more than that, it's a good place to find people. And today, well... this practice isn't one she wants to do on her own.]

Sorry... do you have a few moments? I was looking for someone who wouldn't mind helping me with a little magic practice.

[Monster or witch, it doesn't matter. She'll be the one doing the magic.]

It's been a while... I don't want to get rusty, when it could really come in handy with the serious quests coming up. And I'm a little concerned-- I've been having... some strange issues lately, when it comes to really using my illusion magic at it's full potential.

[What she's running into, she's fairly certain, is the effect of her magic on her body. But it's rather troublesome. So she'd like to practice with it a little and see just how bad it is before she tries putting it to use in a serious setting.]

If you don't mind, I'd like someone to... keep an eye out on me.

Crow is about as bad about bonds as you are. The only bond he has is to another witch. Aaaand in return, that witch is doing her best to keep him okay by sharing the links with her own monster bonds.

[That really was a shame. But he has her attention now.]

Uh, I was thinking I was going to give you disappointed looks for trying to handle Crow all by yourself so...no?

...well I can't say I blame you. But Crow has his own reasons for being difficult and I want to respect that. Besides, at least I have his familiar Vita to share some of the burden.

However... it would help if I had a second monster bond I could rely on too.

[At least she's aware that trying to solo Crow isn't the best idea.

But Prompto finally gets what she's hinting at and pauses to consider what she's implying. Of course that's when the waiter comes by to take their order, so it's a minute or two before Prompto can respond.]

I do like hanging out with you, and I do wanna help you guys...

And I’d like to help you as well. You guys are already like family and... well, with both of us having bonds of the same type, I think it would be safer for both of us if we stuck together.

[She remembers from before— Prompto had been the sort to look out for others before really taking care of himself. That just makes her want to look out for him even more honestly. And if it could help them both, well... it seemed like a fine idea.]

But it’s entirely up to you. The offer is there though. I wouldn’t mind at all.

[Prompto doesn't even hesitate, smiling.]

I'd love to bond with you. We're already friends, yeah? It'll be fun--though I don't know if you might get, like, feedback from mine and Noct's bond? It's usually fine, but just in case.

...trust me, it can’t possibly be worse than the feedback I get from my bond with Crow.

So... that’s great! I’ll feel a lot more at ease knowing we’re both a little bit safer this way.

[Prompto nods, excited, but first--]

Do I even want to know what Crow gives you?

You... probably don’t want to know. Trust me, no one wishes Crow had an “off” switch more than I do.

Have you tried spritzing him with water?

You know... it might be fun to try. At least once.

[Spraybottle here she comes.]

Or just ice down his pants. Trust me, it's really hard to be...anything when you have snow or anything that near the goods.

...now I’m starting to understand why he hates the cold so much.

[Prompto snickers. Sure Crow's cool and as a guy he knows exactly what torture he is suggesting Towa inflict on him but....

He likes Towa more. Sue him.]

All the more reason to keep cold water handy.

[That certainly gets a chuckle out of her.]

I'll have to keep that little trick in mind next time he gets out of hand.

[Rest in pieces, Crow. Towa, at least, appreciates this bias.]

[Aw yeah, made her laugh. Success!]

And if that doesn't work, just "happening" to show up right when he's getting his flirt on will.

Anyway, d'you think there's anything we should like, talk about before the Bond or...?

Hmm...

[Right. Things they should discuss before bonding... there are a few things she can think that might be useful for him to know in the case he should need to rely on her in the future.]

Well, I suppose there are a few things I could fill you in about what my strengths are as a witch. My focus has been illusion and evocation magic, since it came in handy with some early missions. But I have a basic level of knowledge about all the types of magic. Elliot will always probably have me beat when it comes to healing but— in a pinch I’m not terrible. I fight using a type of magic gun, so that’s where the evocation comes in handy.

Hmmm... if there’s anything else you’re curious about, you’re welcome to ask.

I think it came up once, but we never really got to practice together.

[It was a shame-- certainly one that could be fixed now though.]
