[The Chimera could make out some fuzzy shapes, distinguish between light and dark. She felt something moving, heard the sound of fabric unfurling--and something light and warm settled on her head, snagging on a brow tine. It didn't feel very restricting, just a bit ticklish and unexpected.
Rather than jerking backwards like a headshy animal, Kaede...froze, like a hawk just hooded. She made a weird noise, something between an uncertain bird's chitter and something much larger's rumbling. She gripped the camera tightly, feathers on her tail half standing on end.]
