[Normally, she'd never be one to turn down free liquor. But taking money off Jennifer seems obviously wrong, as out-of-sorts as she was, last they spoke. Besides which, bargoing wouldn't exactly have been the most reputable activity for a young lady in her world, and she figures Jennifer's just young enough not to know how it might look.]
Just worn out, and ain't had a drink for two nights, 'cept for some piss-tasting brandy one of the healers had squirreled away. [She quickly looks Jennifer up and down.]
