2. Dewaint Forest is mentioned in passing, once, as the homeland of the Fae and their Queen, but there's nothing past that. Sort of like reading an interesting trivia fact that's never brought up again, and has little else to claim.
Those who are infected, he learns, are swiftly taken away and "healed", with cloudy memories as to what occurred within -- the now healthy beings admit they don't recall dreaming of that sort of thing, but it's hard to recall anything at all in the first place.
They don't! Thank you for the tasty info, they'll look into it and get back to him in the future should they uncover anything. As for expeditions outside -- no, unlike Aefenglom they're very much focused inward.
3. Nothing much different, save the fact there's nothing old history and non-fiction wise for a general read... All of it's quite brand new despite having to be much, much older. There's a few books on dreamsharing, one being penned by Morgana Drummond herself. Within is an account of her personal experiences and explorations regarding divination and the like, including astral projection and the possibility of walking among the shared consciousness of a dream -- much like the Mirrorbound have done, he might recognize. The book claims that she's never tried it herself, but... well. She very clearly has.
4. The Monsters are quiet, yes, but those that manage to sneak an answer (being not quite as underheel as needed yet) would supply the same, that they don't recall a life outside of the gates. The auctioneers don't hide where they get them though, as it's essentially a livestock auction with different "farms" putting them out to sale, and they're all in-house. The locations themselves are something they're tight-lipped on, however. Lemon squeeze away.
The Witches of the Resistance are also in-house -- that is, they're Dorchacht born and raised... as far as they remember. That sounds right. If they'd ever had a place outside these walls they don't recall, and to their point they do resemble the rest of Dorchacht's population rather than what they may of a different area. Nonetheless, the city's their home now, and they're eager to make change.
6. The Resistance has been in motion for half a decade now, at least in the strength they are currently... There's rumors that it'd been around since before Morgana, but, well, as no one quite recalls what life was like before Drummond rolled in, it's hard to say how true that is. This is supported by the fact that they don't know their own history as firmly as one might like, with vague answers that are sincere in their uncertainty, but the thing that remains the same is that they "awoke" to their realizations and sought out the like-minded.
As for the freed Monsters, most of them end up joining the Resistance itself! Some of them have found their own ways out, but it's anyone's guess as to how that ends up. Brave souls, they are. Brave. The Resistance'd like to move 'em out as stowaways on the ship if possible, the few that want to go that way, but'd understand if it ain't possible.
