[It's not an unreasonable amount of time to wait, even if one is a particularly cantankerous and impatient individual. L certainly is, but he is in a position where he's not going to immediately write off an opportunity he imagines can turn out favorably. So... he decides he's willing to wait twenty minutes, and Izuku comes back well before that timeframe has expired.]

I haven't done this in a few years... but I'm sure it'll still impress people enough for our purposes. Are you good at shuffling?
