[One of the guys looks Katsuki up and down and then sneers before saying "Yeah, he was screaming and we decided to shut up him up".

...Well, it's probably not a lie. But Katsuki gestures angrily at them anyway. Clearly, he doesn't think that he deserved to be silenced. Besides, isn't doing it to an unsuspecting person a total dick move?
