It sucks, doesn't it? When this damnable world just utterly changes your style by stuffing you in a body and forcing you to deal with it, rather than shedding it like a pair of clothes--

Okay well, not exactly the same as transforming into a monster and needing to change clothes. But some of the words do match.

It's enough that Reno gives concession that the idea behind the training is correct. Debating that the audience does not... This also has its proper place.

"You bring a fair point for consideration. Though the audience is not often treated to the performer's practice, but the results it finally produces." Looking at this warrior, one wouldn't think the fancy speech is his thing. He certainly has a rough edge to his appearance and kit. There's an intelligence in his gaze which could easily suggest otherwise, especially to the harpy's keen eyes.

Elidibus? Needing encouragement from a mortal? That's laughable on the best of days. And he has no intention of putting his cards so easily on the table for Reno to read when it comes to a free show. The Turk is going to have to work for it. He's also a diplomat first, for all the upkeep of appearances and act, self-defense second, and fighting a distant third.

"You're welcome to come down. But I don't know what the audience intends, leaving their seat and coming onto the stage," he answers, amusement appearing to color his features. The being inhabiting the mortal shell has... limited ability to feel emotions at the best of times. "Certainly not to just cheer the performer on."

But he's willing to engage in this 'discussion' that borders on playing chicken with whom can keep their temper better.
