[Niles has spent long enough in the company of people actually interested in scientific inquiry of the Cwyld that it's laughable that these people are treating that as some novel idea. Especially with their added layers of mysticism mumbo jumbo, and complete lack of rigorous documentation standards, he knows he's not going to find anybody as bright or engaging as Henry or Entrapta among their ranks. This is a con, a big one, and he wants no part of it.
He does however, want to know who is. So he's taken to observing the gathering crowds on Fridays from the safe, elevated distance of the rooves across the street. In particular knowing which mirrorbound are just indulging their curiosity and which are actually being suckered is what he wants to keep track of. So when, for the second week in a row, Niles sees Myr among those exiting the sermon, he follows him for a few blocks, making sure any other "devotees" have peeled off in their own directions before he approaches.
The heavy and sharp thnK of his body landing on the street from a roof above is his signature announcement, but as a sign of courtesy he's dropped down a reasonable distance away rather than inches from Myr's back.]
[Closed to Myr]

Myr, have a moment for a chat?
