[It's the very first meeting Mirrorbound have been alerted to, but it's not the first time Mettaton's heard of them. As one of the sorts who puts himself in the public eye, the robot's already received a pamphlet from an eccentric, ardent duo of aristocrat Witches. And if Mettaton's presence is requested somewhere... who is he to deny a fan?
So it's not precisely by the Coven's request that the Puca shows, but it's with the investigation in mind that he conducts himself amicably, earnestly, curiously. "Heart open," as Alder requests, if you will.
In this first meeting or two, Mettaton can be found chatting up plenty of influential Witches, enrapturing their attention completely: this is something the observant would notice about them. He keeps their eyes on him, gesticulating expressively, leaning and responding to their stories and ideas and views. And when it comes to talking about himself, he's loud enough and chatty enough that he could fill this whole room, and he doesn't seem to have a hard time playing the game of flattery. Mettaton easily compliments the ambitions and work of the Circle, and by extension, Cillian himself.
When he notices a fellow mirrorbound on the watch, Mettaton takes the chance for a lapse in conversation to casually work his way around the room. If your character's looking for a chance to investigate anything with the aid of a charismatic distraction, the Puca might be willing to lend a hand... unless he's already under their thrall.]

Instead, the Puca gives just about anyone on the street a sultry, heated look, beckoning them close with the curl of a finger and ears leaning forward, interested. His gold eye is trained on his mirrorbound victim, his free hand planted confidently upon his hip.
And this is about the only warning your character will get before the Puca nearly pounces, wrapping his metal arms about his new company and dragging them bodily against his own. A low hum sounds in his throat that breaks for a high, airy, elated laugh. Even if he missed his mark, he responds just about the same way.]
