Tsutha's never seen a dragonborn who looked exactly like that before, but then she has to remind herself that this guy probably isn't a dragonborn, but Mirrorbound monster, made into something he didn't start as.

It's weird, but she knows it's not anybody's fault, whatever they end up becoming. So she's not one to judge.
