Who: The SQUIP and Niles
When: July 3
Where: Magic class, and elsewhere
What: Niles and the SQUIP experiment with Bonds.
Warnings: None yet, but that will almost definitely change.
[Magic is an aspect of life here that the SQUIP still finds itself unsure about. Though it was identified as a Witch upon arrival, it hasn't practiced much magic outside of the classes...
... though within class itself, it's shown a marked talent with it, particularly Divination. While it's unclear exactly how much of its talent is it making use of its inherent abilities and how much is actual magic, it still learns new skills with remarkable ease-- being a machine helps.
Today, it tries relying primarily on its magic-- an experiment, and one that goes well for it. When it leaves class, it seems pleased with itself, hands tucked into the pockets of its white coat, chin tipped back as it carefully listens to the conversation around it, marking down every interesting detail it makes out.
It's aware that it's being watched. It glances sidelong at the person responsible, the edge of its mouth drawing up.
