Humans have always been very curious. I'm surprised they haven't tried any expeditions. But perhaps the distance is prohibitive. It did take quite some time to get down here.

[There is that truth Maria knows, as well. Humans' curiosity is almost impossible to be truly sated. Society beating them down and telling them it's not worth it can even only get so far.]

Now they'll be yet more curious, I'm sure.
