As such, he definitely plans on learning more about the magic here, especially since materia doesn't seem involved with any of this. Even if the system involved with his arrival isn't magic, it is still worth looking into.]
In other words, my arrival along with several others have been expected, just not entirely in this manner. A little chaos thrown into a practiced system.
