He's mostly keeping his eye on the Shade to make sure it doesn't do anything unexpected, just flicking his gaze back every few moments towards Sougo. The Shade stays fairly focused on Momo as the more "immediate" threat - it definitely seems aware Sougo is there, but is more intent on trying to claw Momo's face off through the barriers he continues neatly meeting it with right at the moment.]

He's assuming Sougo isn't secretly an arsonist who likes setting magical spot fires in random places outside the wall. The lack of fear is something Momo does note, but then again, he sounds pretty casual himself. Largely because he's fairly blase when it's his own life at risk more than anyone else's.]
