[He lets the AI go on and on, and he doesn't have any reason to correct him. In this body, of his terminal, he is much more mortal than he's gotten accustomed to on the Reverse Side of the World.

Shirou did end up with the grail and did end up wishing on it. In all technicality, Sieg did fail. There's no reason to bring that up either. Maybe in some other time he managed to keep the grail away from the man.

He's not really about taking pride in another person's suffering, even if neither of them are technically human to begin with. ]
