[ventus was exhausted.

he wasn't the only one suffering this past week; roxas was also feeling the effects of the full moon and with the sisters having been out only seemed to make the effects worse. being inside only seemed to make his restlessness worse and yet going outside and walking until his leg started to ache only worsened his exhaustion.

screwed if he did and screwed if he didn't, nothing seemed to be the right answer for ven.

the day is growing darker outside and not yet wanting to go back home still feeling pent up with an uneasy energy he can't seem to rid himself of, ven sits on a bench not too far from the coven's estate. both legs pulled up to his chest and his face buried against his knees even if he wanted to keep walking or running laps around one of the parks his leg was throbbing.]

[ He shifts his fingers there. Louis is accustomed to petting or putting his hand on a monster, or even simply a canine. So this? This is so normal and straightforward to him. ]

You did magic at home?

[ He tilts his head. ]

[ Glances up. He tilts his head without asking specifically why. ]

Yeah. I wasn't so good at healing magic, but my specialty was air magic. I miss being able to fly around...

[his tail wags a little at the memory. is it any wonder his name is ventus?]

It's been happening more lately, um- [he takes a moment to try and gather his thoughts, brows furrowing.] I don't think the moon helped either...

I'm not great at healing -- [ an abrupt pause at the second statement ] Your air magic could make you fly around? I'd never considered that... I'll have to see if something like that is possible.

[ He frowns, though, at the rest of it. ]

Probably not. Do you not have a Witch bond? Usually, they help.

You need good balance or else you'll end up falling a lot... [he shakes his head, trailing off again. he's too distracted to really talk louis' ear off.

another pause before he shakes his head again.]

I only have one bond and she's a monster.

[ He supposes that makes sense, but - the next part? That is way more important, and far more concerning, too. Bonds are important here. He doesn't hesitate before he asks the next thing. He knows some people here have hang-ups about it. But it's not as big of a deal as he thought it would be. ]
