Papyrus definitely doesn't know what any of that would feel like, having always been super cool, super popular, and never lacking for friends or self confidence. Capslocking and yelling about how great he is might drown out those sorts of feelings. But, mysteriously, he's quick to recognize it in others, and offer all the reassurances he imagines they could want for.

"Any time! If you're all set for the moment... I'm going to check how everyone else is doing," he says, lingering long enough that it's not an abrupt abandonment. "Let me know if you want more of my great advice."
